I began my journey with homeopathy / Bach flower remedies after the death of my mother in 2019. I began to realise that allopathic medicine only masked the symptoms, came with side effects and did not help to cure the root cause. I began to use remedies for my own physical and mental health issues, and managed to wean myself from prescription medications. I am always amazed at how well chosen remedy can help with either physical or mental/emotional problems. I have spent years treating myself, family members , friends and pets.  

Now I feel that it is time that I share my  knowledge with as many people as possible so they too can access holistic healing through natural  remedies, homeopathy and Bach flower remedies.
